Nosheen Idrees who last year was a runner up at the Ms. Pakistan world event had the chance too represent Pakistan at the Ms. Earth event last year. Unfortunately she has not been able to carry the bikini off in the first picture with confidence but in the picture below she no doubt is looking a million dollars.
